Making A Purchase

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday, and aim to dispatch your goods within 1 – 3 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. If any item you have ordered is out of stock or in production, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as we can and work out what is the best solution for you.

 

We accept online payments by credit and debit card, and cash payments in person at events. An external company called Paypal provides our secure online payment facilities. We never receive or see your card details and this also means that we can’t take any card payments over the phone.

 

Should you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, simply email or call us and we will be happy to oblige.

 

Shipping And Handling

Prices on our website are exclusive of postage and packaging. Upon checkout, postage will be added. Our delivery prices for all online orders (regardless of cart value) are as follows:

 

  • Anywhere in the UK – £3.95 (Free for orders over £75)
  • Europe – £9.95
  • For orders outside Europe, please get in contact with us.

 

Guarantee & Returns Policy

We are proud of the fair and funky products that we offer, and we stand by the fantastic quality of our products. However, sometimes mistakes happen, and if for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply contact us and we will replace or refund your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you experience any dissatisfaction with our products.

We at fairandfunky believe in being honest about who we are, what we do, and how we do it. We’re proud of what we do well and not afraid to put our hands up if we get anything wrong.

 

So we promise that we will:

 

  • Respond to any email within 72 hours
  • Resolve your problem as quickly as we can – we aim for within a week but as we use an external payment handling and our website is managed by the fantastic We Are CODA, sometimes timing is out of our hands
  • Be honest when we talk to you – we’re not afraid to say we don’t know but will always try our best to answer all of your questions and queries
  • Do our best to do the best. We are human and we will make mistakes, but here at fairandfunky we want you to love our products as much as we do
