Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The fairandfunky competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom only
2. Entrants must be 16 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify
3. This competition is run by fairandfunky CIC solely and has no external official sponsors or partners
4.  By entering this competition the Entrant agrees to abide by fairandfunky’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at our sole discretion.
5. This competition begins on 1st May 2022 at 10.30am GMT and ends on 31^st May 2022 at 10.30am GMT. To be eligible for the competition entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
6. Eligible entrants can enter the competition by following fairandfunky across social media and tagging friends in social media comments. As a participant, your entry must fully meet all requirements, as specified.
7. The Winners of the competition will receive the prizes outlines in the competition blog and/or social media posts.  There shall be no cash or other prize substitution. The prize is non-transferable. The Winner shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others nor shall the Winner request the cash equivalent or prize substitution.
8. The Winner will be selected by a random draw. fairandfunky will notify the Winner(s) via social media within five days following Winner selection. We are not responsible for nor shall have liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall we be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time the award notification was sent, 2) is found ineligible, or 3) does not complete and return an executed declaration and release within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected.
9. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the GDPR Policy stated on the fairandfunky website.
10. The competition hosted by fairandfunky is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
