Change the World with an Egg Box

A creative workshop combining enterprise skills with team building and design and technology to develop geographical knowledge on local and global environments. Students discuss climate change and global warming, and are challenged to design and make a world-changing machine from recycled materials. The workshop culminates in presentations to peers in a ‘Dragons Den’ style format.

“The workshop was practical, varied in activity, informative and encouraged creativity. It also made the 3R’s real for the pupils” Ms Dalton, Y5 teacher.
