How fairandfunky Is Complying With The New GDPR Privacy Policy.

The GDPR EU privacy policy is due to commence on the 25th May 2018. Please read the following blog which outlines our new Data Policy detailing how fairandfunky use your data.

 

Personal data is collected for marketing purposes – newsletters, email updates and general correspondence.

 

The data is collected on paper and electronically.  It is either stored at the business address, on mailchimp marketing software (name, e-mail), paypal (name, address, e-mail) for purchases and refunds from fairandfunky.com

 

Any information collected on registers for fairandfunky Schools Conferences is destroyed immediately after the event.

 

E-mails sent to helen@fairandfunky.com and sophie@fairandfunky.com  are stored there. Data collected for purchases made at fairandfunky.com are stored on the site. This is a wordpress site and is GDPR compliant. Any communication by mobile is collected and stored in the address book on the device.

Face to face networking

Registration at events

Social media networking

Data is collected as a combination of names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses as appropriate.

 

You have a right to: Request removal of data or unsubscribe;
Ask for details of your data; Ask for any information to be rectified; Ask how it is processed; A right to portability; A right to object.

 

GDPR recommends that your data is required to be kept for of a minimum of 6 years.
